Nature of Nyamekye was born from personal healing.

After years of severe menstrual pain and working within the medical field, I began to see how often women—especially women of color—were left navigating their bodies without full support or cultural understanding.

I knew there had to be another way.

A bridge between clinical awareness and ancestral wisdom.

Raised in Harlem and born to West African parents, I carry both lived experience and lineage into this work.

The Sankofa symbol represents our foundation — go back and retrieve what was lost.

For us, that means:

• Reconnecting with plant medicine

• Restoring body literacy

• Supporting mothers through informed, compassionate care

• Healing in alignment with nature
